In an agitated industrial reactor project, it is important to study the best agitation system based on the fluids (liquids and gases) involved as well as the characteristics of the process.

In this case, a battery of Venturi-type impellers was chosen.
The CFD tool helped to simulate the location of Venturi agitators as well as to determine their characteristics to optimize the efficiency of the process in terms of agitation efficiency and energy consumption.
